We are required to collect local and county sales tax for all orders shipped within California. For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs, brokerage fees and import duties of the destination country.

WaxUSA.com E-Gift Certificate or Regular Certificate does not expire, have no fees and are redeemable at WaxUSA.com or at 1Beauty US LLOC and Beauty4Pros retail locations. E-Gift Certificates are sent via email to the recipient within 48 hours of purchase date and upon successful credit verification. WaxUSA.com reserves the right to retract the E-Gift Certificate claim code if an order is deemed to be fraudulent. E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except in states where required by law. Treat your E-Gift Certificates like cash. WaxUSA.com is not liable to replace or refund if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. The risk of loss and title for E-Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Coupons and promotional offers do not apply towards purchases of WaxUSA.com E-Gift Certificates. E-Gift Certificates cannot be transferred, resold or reloaded to another account once it has been applied to your Store Credit. The maximum value of a WaxUSA.com E-Gift Certificate is $300. E-Gift Certificates cannot be applied to prior purchases. E-Gift Certificates do not count towards the total to qualify for Free Shipping promotions.
