Cancellations
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours. If you contact us before your order is shipped we can Change or Cancel your order.
Return policy
Purchased items on our website can be returned in 30 days in original package and unused. Customers may use the original USPS shipping label writing on it "Return to Sender". If the original shipping label is unusable please return the items to "1Beauty US LLC, 77720 Springfield Ln, Ste A, Palm Desert, California 92211, United States". Customer credit card will be refunded immediately after we receive the item/s back. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping fees.
